I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been practicing for over 14 years. My practice offers counseling, behavioral health consultation, ongoing organizational consultation, and psychological assessment for individuals and couples. My practice specializes in treating anxiety disorders, trauma, depression and relationship problems using research based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I strive to incorporate a good sense of humor, empathy and support while we are working toward the changes you would like to see in your life. I have proven successes working with those who may feel stuck due to relational issues, anxiety disorders, panic disorder, depression, PTSD, sexual abuse, sexual disorders and autism. My past work includes managing programs within community mental health, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), courts, DOD, law enforcement and national security settings. I realize that the first steps toward change can be the most challenging for an individual, couple or organization. Providing you with the proper tools to initiate and sustain positive change is just the first step to overall resilience. Extensive training in CBT and Gottman therapies.
