Dr. Yolanda Olszewski, PsyD, LCPC, is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of childhood and adolescent challenges such as anxiety, mood disorders, attention deficits, executive functioning deficits, crisis intervention/management, and trauma. On the other end of the age spectrum, she also provides assessment and treatment to women with peripartum mood disorders. Dr. Olszewski also has a masters degree in Public Health and has been working in the field over 25 years. This work has specifically been with HIV positive women, their children, and GLBTQ youth. In the last ten years, she has developed a passion for working with first responders and family members of first responders by providing compassionate, supportive services and evaluations as needed. She is an advocate for children and works with families who are facing difficulties related to divorce. She is has spoken on several panels and forums related to the topic of Parental Alienation Syndrome, and provides reunification therapy to the families she works with. Dr. Yolanda Olszewski specializes in providing comprehensive, objective, thorough and credible treatment and evaluations for individuals, couples and families. She has extensive expertise and has given sworn testimony as an Expert Witness. In addition to the aforementioned, she also conducts psychological and forensic assessments and evaluations that include; immigration evaluations, pre employment assessments, fitness for duty evaluations, unfit to stand trial, not guilty by reason of insanity, and other risk assessments, as well as Attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorder evaluations.
