Dr Pendleton is an internationally licensed psychologist. He previously worked as a psychologist for the Veteran's Administration. Before that he was an assistant professor of psychology at the University of Queensland in Brisbane Australia. Before that he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Prior to entering the field of psychology Dr Pendleton worked for 18 years as a software engineer. He has a number of publications in professional, refereed journals and has presented at conferences internationally. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Australian Psychological Society, and the Australian College of Sport Psychologists.
