Welcome! I have a Doctorate in Clinical psychology and conceptualize client issues primarily from an Adlerian perspective. I have a certificate in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and use CBT techniques. My doctoral research was on the relationship between mental health and healthy spirituality, so I'm adept at integrating spirituality into therapy yet comfortable working with a-spiritual clients as well.
