Welcome! I am a clinical, health, and sport psychologist with experience working with individuals from diverse identities and lived experiences. If you're seeking support to better understand your gender, sexuality, or relationship identity, process past trauma, navigate medical trauma or sexual health concerns, manage substance use, or improve your sex or relationship functioning, I’m here to help. I also offer sport/mental performance consultation, support for healthcare workers, executive coaching, and guidance for individuals looking to explore their sociopolitical identity and place in society.
I primarily specialize in anxiety, addiction, medical and sexual health issues, sex and relationships, sport/mental performance, and trauma and PTSD. My expertise includes working with athletes, performers, professionals (e.g., healthcare, legal, executive), rural populations, and LGBTQIA2S+ individuals. I write WPATH letters!
I am committed to creating an identity-affirming and trauma-informed space for clients from all walks of life. If you're unsure whether we'd be a good fit, feel free to reach out with any questions you may have—I’m here to help.
Contacting a therapist can be daunting, especially if you are holding on to painful memories or have experienced marginalization. My treatments are feminist-, multicultural-, and liberation-informed and I am active in creating a non-judgmental, anti-racist, and decolonized therapy experience for clients with a variety of lived experiences and identities.
