I am a clinician trained as a psychologist and as a clinical social worker to help people to deal with challenges , and to find ways to better understand themselves and others. I am also a consultant in a medical rehabilitation facility and have experience and training in treating patients with medical conditions, both acute and chronic. I treat anxiety, depression, phobias, and trauma. I have training in EMDR, which is a specialized therapy for treating trauma. I use hypnosis, when appropriate, as an adjunctive strategy for treating behavioral issues , habits and problems.
