My main areas of expertise are mood, anxiety, relationships, and overall wellness. I see adults, ages 18 and up. In addition to individual therapy, I also specialize in couples therapy. During my career, I have worked with a wide range of mental health issues—from personal growth concerns to severe mental illness. This has given me a strong background for helping clients address a variety of issues. I have an extensive background in evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I believe in tailoring therapy to each person, and seeking solutions that will work for that individual. Many of my clients are high-functioning, talented people who are working through difficult situations or life transitions. Often clients are dealing with anxiety, mood, and/or relationship issues. Some clients feel like they are at a low point and that they struggling in multiple areas of their lives. Whether you feel like your concerns are big or small, I would be happy to help you make the changes that are important to you. Wherever you are on your journey, I welcome you to my practice.
