Susan H. Packard is a Professor and Coordinator of the Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She earned her Ph.D. in Counselor Education from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1994. Among her credentials, Dr. Packard is a licensed psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and Master Addictions Counselor (MAC). She has extensive work experience in the fields of corrections and addictions treatment. She is the Assistant Chapter Faculty Advisor for the Epsilon Chi Chapter of Chi Sigma Iota. Dr. Packard's most recent conference presentation was at the Biennual Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES) Conference in Seattle,WA, October 10, 2019: This is Who We Are: A Re-Visioning of Counseling Student Dispositions (co-presented with Drs.
