Dr. Raz, has a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and has worked in the field of traumatic stress for over 30 years throughout the world. She is President and founder of the International Coalition in Trauma and Resilience. She has lectured on traumatic stress and the effects of War, in Universities in Russia and England as well as at the Oxford world Economic Council, in Oxford England. She now gives lectures on the Psychological effects of terrorism and terrorists, trauma and resilience at Florida Atlantic University , and South University, where she is an adjunct teacher. She presently works with notables throughout the Middle East, in creating solutions for peace. She is the inventor of the MSRU (Mobile Stress Reduction Unit), for front line disasters. As well as an international lecturer on the effects of stress and how to turn stress into productivity and success. Past president of Green Cross Projects and Team Leader to the World Trade Center Disaster in 2001 in Mental Health through Home Land Security Projects, of which she is a founding member. Past Member of DMAT FL-3, of Homeland Security, first responder in Hurricane Katrina and the Tsunami Disaster in Indonesia. Dr. Raz is a certified Forensic Counselor, and certified in Hospital Psychology.
Dr. Raz is the founder and past president of the International Association for Psychology and the Performing Arts which is dedicated to promoting a healthy society through psychology and performance. Dr. Raz authored The Role Transformation Assessment, an assessment that reveals roles that are easy and difficult to achieve for individuals. The underlying assumption of the assessment is that healthy stress free individuals are readily able to transforms roles throughout the day without stress reactions.
