I'm a Columbia University educated clinical psychologist with postdoctoral clinical and research training. I have spent the past 15 years helping others identify the ways in which their relationships interfere with their efforts to find satisfaction in life. I maintain a general adult psychotherapy practice, with extensive experience treating anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship issues, and life adjustment issues. In addition, I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of personality disorders, trauma-related disorders, and identity disorders, and have advanced training in Transference Focused Psychotherapy, a research supported treatment developed for use with people with Borderline Personality Disorder.
