Licensed Psychologist, ASD Clinical Specialist Sarah A. Swasey, PsyD. – Dr. Swasey’s over a decade of experience working in the school system has provided her with the resources to work with children of all ages from pre-kindergarten to 12th grade. Her work as both a classroom teacher and school psychologist has cultivated skills to provide comprehensive assessment in order to identify a student’s strengths and weaknesses; utilizing that information to build recommendations and accommodations to help each and every student succeed. Dr. Swasey’s relaxed, amiable approach ensures that children feel empowered to achieve to the best of their ability. Dr. Swasey is a Licensed School Psychologist able to provide assessment and support for students struggling with: Attentional Issues, Anxiety, Depression, and Learning Disabilities (Reading, Writing, and/or Math). Dr. Swasey also has extensive experience assessing students for possible gifted placement as well as provided bilingual evaluation to Spanish speaking students.
