People know me as a business executive, school administrator, college professor, business owner, trustee, leader, coach, and mixed media artist. I have a Ph.D. in Education Human Resources and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. I practice holistic coaching and I am certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Courageous Living Coaching (CLCC) with additional modalities in executive, career, somatic, and mindfulness coaching. I started out in the corporate world overseeing big brands and multi-million dollar projects where I led, trained, and coached dozens of team members. Seeking success that was more meaningful to me and offered a healthier balance with my family and fully integrated my values, I shifted my career into education and positive psychology. Since then, I have been piecing together a life I passionately care about, focused less on what I accomplish but more on who I am -- and I’d like to help you do the same. I absolutely love helping people see and achieve their OWN unique vast potential — and not someone else’s idea of their potential!
