Dr. Maniar is a licensed psychologist who specializes in sport psychology and leadership development. As a sport psychologist, he has worked as the sport psychologist for The Ohio State University, the University of Akron, and the Cleveland Browns. In all, Dr. Maniar has over 20 years of experience working with professional, collegiate, and youth athletes in virtually every sport. He is available for 1-on-1 consultation with athletes or team-based workshops pertaining to the mental aspects of sport performance. As an executive coach, he has served as an in-house coach at Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft Stores as well as a consultant to C-suite executives across the globe to hone and develop their leadership skills. He is available for individual (in-person, video, or phone) coaching pertaining to leadership development.
