My professional experience has included providing psychotherapy services to a diverse range of individuals, couples, families, and groups in a variety of settings, from college counseling and career assessment centers to community mental health and specialty clinics. I am a Licensed Psychologist who provides individual psychotherapy services for adolescents, young adults, and adults in my St Paul private practice. I earned undergraduate degrees in Psychology and English at The Ohio State University, and hold both a Master's and Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. I completed a Pre-doctoral Internship at the University of Michigan and a Post-doctoral Fellowship at an eating disorder treatment center. I have specialized training in college student counseling, career exploration, sexual and gender identity, and eating disorders including compulsive overeating. My training has provided me with a strong background in empirically-supported treatment approaches and knowing how to adapt my approach for each individual person.
