Dr. Roberts has been working in the field of psychology for over 53 years. He has been practicing forensic psychology and neuropsychology for over 41 years and has been involved in over 4000 forensic cases. He has given over 400 depositions and has been qualified in all local State and Federal Courts. He also consults in matters related to: Mild Traumatic Brain Injury( mTBI), moderate and severe brain injury; Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); homicide; mens rea or criminal responsibility; long term disability; employment litigation; contractual litigation; mental capacities; and related matters. He works throughout California and travels to other states as needed. Dr. Roberts earned his Ph.D. in Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology in Berkeley, in 1984. He completed his Fellowship in Neuropsychology at the Veterans Administration Hospital in San Francisco in 1983. He became board certified in Forensic Psychology by the American the American Board of Professional Psychology in 1994.
