Rodney L. Lowman, PhD, ABAP is President, Lowman & Richardson/Consulting Psychologists, PC and Distinguished Professor Emeritus, CSPP/Alliant International University, San Diego. As a consulting psychologist his areas of specialty include career couseling and coaching individual and organizational assessment, work dysfunctions, career counseling and coaching, occupational mental health, and professional ethics. He has worked with a wide variety of people on career and work issues and with number of types of organizations including manufacturing, scientific/research, government, and educational institutions. He is the author/editor of 13 books and monographs, and over 130 peer-reviewed articles and chapters, and has made hundreds of professional presentations world-wide. Dr. Lowman diplomate in Assessment Psychology and a Fellow in five divisions of the American Psychological Association, 1 (General), 12 (Clinical Psychology), 13 (Consulting Psychology), 14 (Industrial-Organizational Psychology), and 52 (International).
