When an individual comes to me for psychotherapy/counseling, I recognize that seeking help is an often difficult first step. I consider it an honor to work with each client and provide a safe environment that enables growth, healing, insight, and hope for the future. Utilizing a strength's-based approach, I employ cognitive behavioral and client-centered methodologies that can be structured to meet the unique needs of each individual. I work with adults and couples to address concerns such as grief, past trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life-transitions, relationship issues, physical health problems and caregiver fatigue. I look forward to working collaboratively with you to promote change toward a future full of hope.
