Welcome! I’m Dr. Rob Leach, a clinical psychologist offering therapy, couples counseling, and executive coaching. I help high-functioning individuals and couples navigate personal and professional challenges. My approach fosters self-reflection and discussion, turning life’s difficulties into opportunities for growth. In individual therapy, I help clients develop tools to promote well-being and personal growth. Using evidence-based approaches, I support clients in addressing anxiety and stress, helping them build effective coping strategies and improve their quality of life. For couples, I focus on strengthening communication and managing conflict constructively. By recognizing negative patterns, we work toward renewing connection and building a more fulfilling partnership. For professionals focused on career development, executive coaching provides a space to explore goals and career transitions. Many of my clients seek support in finding greater fulfillment, managing work stress, or achieving better work-life balance. Coaching offers structured guidance to clarify goals and take meaningful steps forward. I offer in-person sessions in Denver and Colorado Springs, as well as teletherapy in most states and telecoaching nationwide. My practice is self-pay; while out-of-network for insurance, I provide superbills for potential reimbursement, and many clients use HSA/FSA accounts for payment. With a background in business and psychology, I bring a broad perspective to my work. After earning a degree in philosophy from Colorado College, I completed an MBA at the University of Colorado and worked in financial services. Motivated to help people find fulfillment, I pursued a master’s in psychology at Boston University and a doctorate in clinical psychology at the University of Denver. I truly enjoy working with motivated individuals and couples committed to growth. It is a privilege to be part of my clients’ journeys, helping them create meaningful change.
