I am a Board Certified Clinical Psychologist licensed in Connecticut, Georgia and Florida.
I have been licensed and practicing since 1983. My degrees include a BS in Psychology (University of Michigan, 1976) an M.A. in Psychology (C.W. Post College, 1978) and a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology (Emory University, 1983). I specialize in video based psychotherapy and I am a certified telehealth professional.
My services address the needs of older children, adolescents, and adults. I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, stress management counseling, consultative evaluations, and consultations to schools/organizations. I primarily treat stress, anxiety, depression and interpersonal problems. I utilize an integrative relational approach that scaffolds behavioral, cognitive behavioral and interpersonal interventions to flexibly and collaboratively address the factors that contribute to the patient’s sense of being stuck and/or distressed.
I offer consultations and therapy in the office as well as consultation and therapy via approved teletherapy methods such as secure videoconferencing. I accept insurance in Connecticut. I am out of netwoork in Georgia and Florida. Please visit my website for more information.
