I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience working with adults. My clinical work focuses on anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and adjustment to life transitions. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrate mindfulness-based, acceptance-based, interpersonal, and solution-focused strategies as appropriate for each client’s needs. Therapy is focused and practical, with an emphasis on developing skills that can be used beyond the therapy setting. I have a particular interest in supporting women during pregnancy and the postpartum period, as well as during other significant life transitions. I maintain a private-pay practice. If you would like additional information or would like to determine whether I may be a good fit, you are welcome to contact me by phone or email.
