Dr. Jackson is a clinical psychologist who has been in private practice in the Madison, Wisconsin area for over 25 years, having received his doctorate in 1992 and has been a Licensed Psychologist in Wisconsin since 1993. Dr. Jackson accepts a wide range of third party payors and managed health networks including Quartz, GHC, Anthem, Medicare, and many others. During the COVID19 quarantine, Dr. Jackson is using telehealth to provide psychological services, and he is available to see clients throughout the State of Wisconsin on a telehealth basis. As a clinical psychologist, Dr. Jackson takes an individualized approach to work with his clients in helping them sort out their main goals, both short-term and long-term so that situational factors, and/or deeper emotional concerns, do not impede their progress. Dr. Jackson is an experienced clinician who provides a confidential and safe environment to discuss his client's concerns. Dr. Jackson enjoys working with a wide variety of clients, including, adults, adolescents, couples, families and older adults. Dr. Jackson works with children for evaluation and assessment purposes only. Dr. Jackson also specializes in psychological and neuropsychological assessment from ages 6 through adolescence, as well as for adults and older adults to help the client (and family, if applicable) answer questions that they have about themselves or that their mental health professional has in answering specific referral questions. These assessments are collaborative and can be used as a therapeutic tool in working with Dr. Jackson, and the client is encouraged to be active in the process in as they learn more about themselves.
