Dr. Perry Adler, a lecturer in McGill University’s Department of Family Medicine, teaches and supervises family medicine residents in the Goldman Herzl Family Practice Centre at the JGH. He is also the Director of the Centre’s Teen Health Unit and Director of its Psychology Internship and Training Program. In his private clinic, "Perry S. J. Adler & Associates", Dr. Adler provides services to teens, adults, groups and organizations, based on his expertise in anxiety and mood disorders, cognitive behaviour therapy, psychosomatic disorders, relationship difficulties, as well as executive and leadership development. Dr. Adler is the president of HumaNexus Corporation, a behavioural health sciences company. Dr. Adler is active in the American Psychological Association, the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards, the Canadian Psychological Association, the Canadian Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology, the Canadian Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies, and l’Ordre des psychologues du Québec.
