Paul's passions are leadership development and career coaching. He has over 25 years of experience focused on developing high potential leaders in Fortune 500 corporations, and working with individuals to develop careers aligned with their values, skills and sense of purpose. Paul has held leadership roles at Medtronic and Hill-Rom where he served as VP, Global Leadership & Talent Development, and Executive Director, Talent Management & Organization Development respectively. He has also held organization development and learning & development roles at Cargill, USBank and Allina Health Care System. In 2014, Paul launched Global Talent Strategies, LLC to provide leadership and career development services to individuals and organizations. Paul is a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He completed his BA in Psychology at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. Paul's interests include global travel, photography, University of Minnesota Basketball, and the Minnesota Twins.
