I like to work with clients who are motivated to make changes. I integrate psychodynamic therapy with performance psychology, trauma therapy using EMDR and various mind/body techniques to support the client to make fundamental changes in their lives. I also work with musicians, athletes, public speakers, test takers who struggle with performance anxiety. After many years in practice, I have experience on a broad array of issues such as family conflicts, life transitions, recovery from injuries, illness and stage of life issues etc. Currently, I am offering support groups for COVID-19 affected musicians who are out of work.
