Frame of Mind Psychology, P.A., founded by Paola Granados-Radlick, Psy.D., is a psychology practice emphasizing the importance of living a life that is balanced, stimulating, and primarily, meaningful. Dr. Granados believes that by regularly practicing Mindfulness, as well as willingly exploring and challenging our patterns of behaviors, individuals are highly capable of developing lasting change. Through increased awareness AND skill acquisition, individuals are now able to make the decision to continue coping as they used to or taking a new path. The alternative is choosing to better tolerate stress, increasing problem-solving and decision-making abilities, improving relationships at home and in the workplace, and overall improving well-being. Determining treatment is a collaborative process where you are the expert in you. My job is to support you in developing a vision for your life-worth living. When we are able to envision the essence of the life you want, we find the motivation for change and address the obstacles making it challenging to move toward your desired life. We often focus on what is yours to change and what we can whole-heartedly accept is not in our control. We will infuse practical life skills to support holding space for every emotion, shifting thoughts to better serve you, and learn to live in the present moment. If you feel that you or your loved one would benefit from therapy, contact me for more information.
