I am a licensed psychologist who provides general therapy services to adult individuals. My approach to therapy is both humanistic and collaborative. I strive to create an atmosphere of acceptance, warmth, safety, and caring in my work with clients. My areas of specialty include working with individuals struggling with grief and loss, anxiety disorders and stress management, eating disorders, and child abuse histories. I also specialize in working with lesbian, gay, and bisexual individuals, and gender variant and transgender individuals. I consider human development to be a lifelong process and I enjoy sharing this journey with my clients as they learn, grow, and develop new skills.
