Since 2005, my clinical experiences included work in private outpatient clinics, inpatient psychiatric unit of a large hospital, inner city and suburban public schools, community mental health and drug and alcohol treatment centers. My patients range from highly functioning people in need of brief therapy for situational stressors to those suffering from severe mental illnesses and developmental disorders. In my private practice, I currently work with people on improving their quality of life through stress management, better relationships, more skillful parenting, and self-knowledge. I can help you to recognize your longstanding, unproductive patterns of thinking and behavior and to replace them with more helpful strategies. I also offer the space to process concerns in a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere. My goal is to establish a trusting working relationship and to make you feel comfortable with the therapy process. I like to share my knowledge and help you learn the tools necessary to continue improving after our work is done.
