Hello! I am Dr. Nora, a Licensed Psychologist focused on showing up authentically to connect with individuals presenting with a variety of mental health needs. My background includes experience working with individuals across the lifespan in a multitude of setting types. I consider myself a forever learner, to not only help myself grow and thrive, but so that I can expand the tools I have to pass that empowerment to the people I meet and collaborate with in therapy. I take an integrative therapy approach to tailor my approach using evidenced based treatment approaches to my client's presenting needs and therapy goals. I am an 'Out Of Network' (OON) provider for all insurance, though I am happy to provide a super bill for my client to submit for reimbursement to their insurance provider. I do not accept insurances for a variety of reasons, including privacy and confidentiality and ability to dictate my client's services to the individual's needs only, including type of therapy and number of sessions. I am an active member of PsyPact/E.Passport/APIT; I am able to see clients in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CT, CO, DE, DC, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI. Although this is not limited to the communities that I practice with, I am Polyamorous, Consensually Non-Monogamous (CNM)/Ethically Non-Monogamous (ENM), Fat, Body Neutrality, and Immuno-disorders aware/knowledgeable.
