My path to body-mind work has been a winding one, traversing intensive academic study, unschooling, Non-Violent Communication, community building, farming, herbalism, movement, stillness, and meeting the challenge to let go, again and again, of expectations and assumptions. Fortunately, I have been blessed with many wonderful teachers and guides over the years, who have helped and continue to help me discover what I understand as my life’s purpose: to support myself and others in living more wholeheartedly, so that we might embody the change we wish to see in the world. [Note: In 2018, I opened an additional office in De Pere, WI. Visit my website for more information about locations and services.]
