I specialize in adult individual psychotherapy for broad range of issues. I strive to create a supportive relationship with my patients in which they can learn how to more effectively manage the challenges in their lives. I particularly enjoy working with people experiencing difficulties with anxiety and/or insomnia. My work is informed by evidence-based principles largely drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
