I offer individual counseling for life transitions including career, relationships, health, retirement, and aging. My intent is to provide a safe and caring environment where you feel supported to make meaningful life changes. I have counseled people with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and cultural adjustment issues. I also have a specialty in working with aging both with patients and caregivers in a variety of settings. I am originally from Switzerland and have lived in the US for 24 years. I am bilingual, German, Swiss German and English.
