Dr. Spellman is a senior Psychologist at Carter Psychology Center, a group of 10 Psychologists with specialties including Couples Therapies, General Adult Psychology, Neuropsychology, Pediatric Psychology, Pediatric Neuropsychology, and Forensic Psychology. Dr. Spellman is a Licensed Psychologist who has been practicing in Florida since 1987. He received his Doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin, two Masters’ degrees from Columbia University, and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Family Law Mediator and is a Qualified Parenting Coordinator. He is the co-founder of the National Cooperative Parenting Center (NCPC) offering a wide spectrum of services to the Mental Health and Legal Communities as well as to families and children who are struggling with divorce related issues.
