My patients all share a desire for a happier and more fulfilling life, but may not be sure where to start. In turn, I believe most people are doing the best they can, with the tools they have, for themselves and those they care about. Therapy under that worldview creates a very workable model. The will is there - we just have to figure out the way. That may mean adapting old tools, picking up some new ones, or both. We do that with a mixture of Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) and Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) therapy. Along the way, we set goals and identify each person's specific values that give their life meaning and purpose. In addition to therapy, I provide comprehensive evaluations for psychological, neuropsychological, and forensic (criminal and civil) issues. Evaluated individuals range from age 6 up, and referral questions or diagnoses include all major psychological, psychiatric, and neurologic conditions. Before starting my own Clinical / Forensic Neuropsychology practice, I graduated from Drexel's Clinical Psychology program and the Villanova School of Law. Outside the practice, I currently hold an adjunct faculty position with (and teach for) Drexel Psychology, and am also an Auxiliary Health Care Provider for Penn Medicine at HUP and PPMC.
