As a developmental psychologist, my goal is not to "cure" any specific disorder, but rather to promote awareness, understanding, and wellness in my clients as they grow and change. I provide individual psychotherapy for adult clients and specialize in a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, anger management, low self-esteem, problems in communication, and interpersonal or family conflict, among others. My primary role is supporting my clients to better understand the variables contributing to negative emotions or behaviors in order to make meaningful and maintain changes in their lives.
