I am trained in and offering Teletherapy through video and or phone. I provide senior level expertise to help improve the quality of life for couples and individuals. I quickly get to the heart of the matter in a confidential private setting and focus on problems in the present by helping clients understand how the past has shaped and influenced who they are now. My collaborative style is direct, interactive, supportive and challenging. I guide clients in developing a deeper sense of fulfillment, and relationships with enhanced communication and intimacy. I treat people coping with anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, infidelity and other difficulties with relationships, family or career. My orientation combines psychodynamic insight with a systems orientation, and skills- based cognitive behavioral approaches. I have advanced training with innovative techniques of EMDR and Ericksonian Hypnosis, and trained therapists to teach conflict resolution and stress reduction.
