My passion is working with teens and adults facing concerns around relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, times of change, and identity. My private practice is located in Baltimore where I currently am providing only Telehealth services until 2022. I am credentialed through ASPPB and PsyPact Commission to see patients virtually in states approved by PsyPact. I am an out-of-network provider and my rate is $160 for 50 minute sessions. I work from the basis of a psychodynamic perspective and client-centered collaborative framework while incorporating ideas and techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). As clinically indicated, I also incorporate Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) and Dialectical-Behavioral (DBT) therapeutic techniques. I completed my internship at Drexel University’s Counseling Center where I gained experience in utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in working with college-aged young adults. Through my post-doctoral fellowship at Kennedy Krieger Institute’s Child and Family Therapy Clinic I received training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Functional Family Therapy (FFT) in working with youth and their families. I served as a staff member and supervisor at Kennedy Krieger Institute’s Child and Family Therapy Clinic for two years specializing in working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety and depression.
