Seeking out counseling is a great choice. You may be feeling stressed, down, anxious, overwhelmed, or frustrated. However, deciding to bring someone alongside you to support you as you work toward healing, growth, and change is a solid first step. I enjoy helping clients learn new ways of handling stress and difficult emotions, identify their strengths, and work toward lasting change. In counseling, I work with adults struggling with a number of concerns, including depression/anxiety, family/relationship problems, and personal growth. I use an integrative approach, blending humanistic and emotion-focused techniques. For individual therapy, I currently accept self-pay and insurance (BCBS, United Healthcare, Cigna/Evernorth). You may also be able to use out-of-network benefits to work with me. I offer appointments Mondays through Thursdays during regular business hours.
