Dr. Amsellem specializes in helping individuals who are looking to build their coping skills and resilience and/ or adjusting to a medical diagnosis, anxiety, health-related challenges, or other transitions. Her professional practice is individualized to each client's unique needs, strengths, and experiences yet is also highly influenced by evidence-based findings. By increasing her clients' ability to successfully cope, they will both be better able to overcome their challenges and experience fewer symptoms when doing so. Furthermore, she assists her clients with building resilience and building coping skills to help them both presently and after they have completed therapy in the future.
Dr. Amsellem maintains a HIPAA-compliant online telehealth practice (for clients located anywhere within CT, MD, NY and is a PsyPact provider and can see individuals throughout the US in most states (see PsyPact.org for details).
