As a psychologist and marriage and family therapist, I have been pleased to work with people throughout the lifecycle and to address many presenting problems My work can best be described as collaborative and focused on identifying both new solutions to a problem as well new strengths that a person has to address a problem. In addition to my clinical work, I have also taught at the college and university levels. Subsequently I found ways to combine my love for clinical work with my love for teaching in training and supervision of mental health professionalsI. I co-founded a training center where I was able to introduce reflecting dialogues and the use of letter writing in clinical work. I have both published and presented my work on my use of reflecting dialogues in clinical work as well as my work with letter writing as a way of expanding the therapeutic dialogue.
