I am a spiritually–oriented licensed clinical psychologist with experience in community, university, nonprofit, residential, international and private practice settings. My clinical specialties include life transitions and spirituality, cross-cultural dynamics, mind-body wellness, young adulthood, gender identity and sexuality, addiction recovery, depression and anxiety, trauma and EMDR, career exploration, and community mental health. I have a long-term commitment to (and love of) mentorship and supervision and a degree specialization in multiculturalism which highlights my celebration of diversity. My international journeys have provided me with life-changing cultural immersion experiences. I have profound respect for the power of movement, rhythm, energy work and indigenous approaches to healing. I am a certified Sattva Yoga instructor and have had the privilege of studying and practicing Himalayan wisdom traditions in India.
