I’m Dr. Madison White, a licensed clinical psychologist offering virtual psychological services to adults across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Florida. I specialize in comprehensive, neurodivergent-affirming psychological evaluations for adults seeking clarity about ADHD and autism. My assessments are thorough, individualized, and designed to help you better understand how your brain works, whether you’ve always felt “different,” masked your traits, or are just starting to ask questions. Each evaluation includes a detailed report, diagnostic conclusions (if applicable), and personalized recommendations you can actually use in daily life.
In addition to assessment, I provide virtual therapy for adult women (ages 19–40) navigating OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, and chronic worry. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, and work with individuals dealing with relationship OCD, moral scrupulosity, “just right” fears, and mental rituals. My approach to therapy is warm, honest, and collaborative. I don’t beat around the bush, and I often use humor to help reduce shame and build connection. Whether you’re seeking answers through assessment or ready to tackle OCD with targeted treatment, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
