Dr. Lydiana Garcia (she/her/ella) is a Boricua psychologist living in Seminole land now known as Tampa, Florida. Dr. Lydiana specializes in trauma healing, working with adolescents, families with teens, adult families, young adults, and adults. She integrates a holistic approach, starting with the body and somatic practices to help address the trauma in the body and assist her clients in building resilience and effective coping skills. Dr. Lydiana also conducts psychological evaluations mostly for immigration purposes. Besides this, she has a bilingual (English/Spanish) podcast called - The Beyond Resilience Life.
