Dr. Marvin works primarily with adolescents and adults. He incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, and Hope Theory into his practice. He enjoys helping individuals work through anxiety, depression and postpartum depression, OCD, PTSD, grief, trauma, relationship conflicts, and spiritual concerns. Dr. Marvin is particularly passionate about helping others find, or restore, their inner resilience. He is certified in the QPR model of suicide prevention. He also provides psychological testing.
