Dr. Lisa Thomas is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist specializing in personal and professional development and change management. Dr. Thomas is a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Board Certified Executive and Personal Coach (BCC), and an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Society of Consulting Psychology. Dr. Thomas uses her knowledge, skills, and experience to assist clients in areas of goal setting, personal and professional growth, and development, and Self-awareness/emotional intelligence. Dr. Thomas is the owner and CEO of E.E.& H Consulting which provides Consulting and Coaching services for individuals and groups in areas of change management, mindfulness, and wellness.
Dr. Thomas is an adjunct professor in the Doctoral Leadership and Administration (LEAD) program at the American College of Education (ACE). Dr. Thomas serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Adjunct Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Adler University. Previously, Dr. Thomas was an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources Management and Business Administration for Marygrove College where she instructed courses in Human Resources Information Systems, Strategic Compensation, Accounting, and Managerial Finance. Dr. Thomas instructed courses for Proprietary Institutions and assisted in developing and launching new program offerings.
Currently, Lisa resides in the State of Michigan with her family. She enjoys walking and biking, caring for her dogs, and in her spare time; as a Certified Aromatherapist she develops and blends natural products and is currently writing Blogs about personal change management, mindfulness, and wellness.
