I am an expert in the field of PTSD and trauma assessment and treatment. I work from a culturally humble lens, infusing the broader socio-political context into evidence-based therapies to best understand my clients' lived experiences. I have extensive experience working with individuals with developmental trauma, war/combat trauma, medical trauma, witnessed trauma, race-based stress, birth or infertility trauma, and sexual trauma. I have also worked with numerous individuals recovering from interpersonal violence. Much of my experience has been with the Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense but I have branched out into a group private practice specializing in the treatment of trauma and PTSD. In addition to providing services to DC/MD/VA I am also PsyPact approved to provide telehealth to over 18 states in the US.
