I am a licensed clinical psychologist who has worked with individuals all across the lifespan and with a variety of psychiatric illnesses and developmental disabilities. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University and Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco. I have extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of children and adults on the Autism Spectrum. In 2017, I opened the Holistic Development Center with a colleague, which is a program geared towards supporting young adults with disabilities in their transition to adulthood. Prior to opening HDC, I worked as a staff psychologist at a special education day school completing clinical and cognitive evaluations, as well as crisis intervention and behavior program planning for students K-21. My treatment approach focuses on honoring individual challenges, while guiding clients through meaningful change with informative instruction. I primarily operate as a Cognitive Behavioral clinician, but often draw from other techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
