Dr. Brenner is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive expertise in helping adults navigate trauma- and stressor-related disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, and sleep difficulties. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care, drawing from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). She is a registered CPT and CBT-I provider, as well as a certified PE consultant.
