My practice is devoted to providing highly personalized and effective treatment for my clients. I have a compassionate and supportive ‘problem-solving’ approach. I work with adolescents and adults of all ages who are experiencing depression, anxiety, or stress, or who are seeking help with life issues such as transition, workplace issues, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and loss. I also work with people who are experiencing serious or chronic illness, including autoimmune disorders and cancer. In addition, I specialize in the psychological aspects of women’s health function, including postpartum emotional disorders, infertility, and menopause. I regularly consult and collaborate with physicians to insure my clients receive optimal and well-rounded care. I am licensed in Connecticut and New York.
