Have you ever thought life could be better? Relationships should be easier? Your career could be more fulfilling?
Do you ever wonder what life could be like with less stress, anxiety, depression, procrastination, problematic behaviors? The good news is: You can change almost any aspect of your life. BUT….For your life to be different, you have to be willing to work on making changes. That can be hard to do on your own. As a clinical psychologist, I have been helping people improve their lives for almost 30 years. I can help you recognize, access, and utilize your inner and outer resources to create better relationships and a more satisfying life. I work together with you to help you understand root causes of problems, and current maintainers of those problems, so you can make real, lasting, and significant changes in the aspects of your life that are making you unhappy. Among other issues, I work with people who have problems with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, relationship issues, being a victim of a narcissist, dealing with grief and loss, work stress, money issues, medical problems, weight management, as well as people who are interested in personal growth. I can help you learn more about yourself so you are better equipped to cope with challenges, and can gain more control over your own life. I use a compassionate, respectful, and often practical approach, believing it best to let you determine the pace and timing of change. I am interested in understanding your experience, feelings, and needs.
