My approach is collaborative, strength- based, and focuses on you developing skills to address your problem. I am passionate about helping individual adults and couples get closer to achieving their own potential and move through difficulties. My experience includes, and preference is to work with people of diverse cultural backgrounds, experiences, and sexual orientations. For couple's, I integrate Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapy in sessions combined with other couple's training. For individuals, I use an integrated approach of CBT, psychodynamic and others depending on the person's goals. I look forward to working with you.
